Spotted-Cable-Knit Sweater

Due to the holiday season, I’m combining Thursday’s Travel post and Friday’s Spotted post into one.  Today I’m styling the Cable-Knit Sweater, number 13 of My One Hundred,  while enjoying the holidays back in the States with my family in Florida.  One of the perks of Florida is living close to the water.  Therefore, yesterday evening we spent walking the beach and enjoying the sunset.  It was the ideal time to throw on my cable-knit sweater…the weather was sunny, a little windy and the temperature just the right amount of cool.  Cable-knit sweaters are the perfect staple item in your wardrobe; not only are they super cozy and casual, but the cable-knit is stylish at the same time.  Adding this sweater over a plaid shirt with my J. Brand jeans created my weekly PLAY style for an evening in the sand and surf.

What a beautiful Florida sunset…the birds flying overhead and the sun hitting the water to reveal the look of a star.
