Happy Wednesday! For this week’s Designer Spotlight post I’m highlighting a shop located RIGHT HERE in Hong Kong called Annie and Alex. This shop was started by two lovely women (ALEX originally from Australia and ANNIE from the UK) as a way to bring beautiful handmade and hand sewn accessories from Indonesia to Hong Kong. Not to be confused with Alex and Ani famous for their beautiful initial bracelets, spotlighted here, these two women are famous for their geniuine python snakeskin cuff bracelets and clutches. Today, I have collaborated with Annie and Alex to style TWO of their beautiful cuffs in cobalt and cerise. Not only am I styling these cuffs, but Wrinkled Chiffon and Annie and Alex are teaming up to offer one of these genuine python snakeskin cuffs (a US $50 value) to one lucky follower in today’s giveaway! What a perfect way to celebrate the Year of the SNAKE!

There are 22 colors to choose from:
black, blush contrast, chocolate, cobalt, forest green contrast, gold, dark grey, light grey, jade green, multi, black & white (natural), navy, orange, orange contrast, hot pink contrast, purple, red, red contrast, tan, teal, turquoise and yellow.

These cuffs are SO AMAZING! I would choose the pink color and I would probably wear it on the weekend with a plain tee, jeans and my Tory Burch flats (that are pretty much the same color) and a trench!

I love your outfit. What caught my eye right away, if you can believe it, was your t-shirt and your sunglasses. I love the flow of the t and the sun glasses just speak for themselves. Now on to the cuffs. They really add a nice color to brighten up your neutral outfit. The scarf really brought it all together. That is what you do best, bringing outfits together is such a harmonious way. If there was any chance I could possibly win, I would love an emerald green if you mentioned that color. I am already thinking of an outfit I can put together to go with the cuff.

I would choose one of the blue colors probably. My sister just had a baby yesterday, so I would probably gift it to her to wear on her first day back at work in a few months. A fab, new accessory might take the sting of leaving her little guy at daycare for the first day a little easier.

Love these cuffs, and love reading your blog while I’m up at all hours of the night with a new baby! My favorite color cuff would be the jade green, as Jade/emerald Green is Pantone’s color of the year for 2013. I think it would look great as a pop of color with an all black or all white monochromatic outfit, or dressed down with skinny jeans, t-shirt, and metallic flip flops. Glad you’re doing so well and hope you continue to enjoy life abroad!
