CNY to KOA

This past weekend was filled with Chinese New Year (CNY) celebrations throughout Hong Kong.  We shared in some of the ceremonial celebration and enjoyed the long weekend, before heading out for a celebration of our own.  Here are a few pictures from the last few days…more to come…

Even the ivy was in the mood for Valentine’s Day…ironically growing right next to a chapel.

Lovely pictures. I enjoy Hong Kong at any time of the year but would have loved to have been there to experience Chinese New Year. The ivy is the perfect photo for Valentine’s Day!

Really enjoyed seeing the Hawaiian sculpture, and black lava rocks on the shoreline. Have a wonderful time.

That’s such an interesting statue right on the shoreline. Very cool!
