Have a great Thursday!
Travel-To the Future
Today is Travel Thursday and speaking of travel, I've been recovering from jet-lag the past couple of days and finally getting acclimated to Far East time. I have to admit, I've been a bit of a rock-star with getting back into the groove, or at least trying to, ha! Traveling so far going through so many time zones can definitely take a toll on your body and your sleeping pattern. With that said, it's hard to believe that a plane can fly over 15 hours non-stop! When I stop to think about air travel, it is truly amazing. Think about it...I can wake up in Florida on a Monday morning and arrive in China (skipping a whole day of my life) on a Tuesday night! As much as I loathe to fly (I seriously have a major fear and severe anxiety over it), I still do appreciate the convenience and privilege. We really have come a long way! Which makes me think of this crazy video...

I hate jet lag after travelling. I never quite adjust to time changes.
