Happy Tuesday! I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend celebrating with family and friends and hopefully enjoying some time outdoors. When I was young my family and I would canoe down the Brandywine River in Pennsylvania over Memorial Day weekend and then have a family BBQ with my dad’s grilled chicken and my mom’s potato salad…yum! The past few weeks I have been missing home a lot and this weekend all those memories came rushing back. Luckily, we had the opportunity to attend a BBQ here in Hong Kong, so I was able to enjoy a little piece of home although we are on the other side of the world. Today’s DAY post is just something I put together this weekend while out enjoying some sunny Hong Kong weather.
