One of my favorite birthday gifts was a pair of Staccato boots. While exploring Hong Kong a few weekends ago, I spotted these boots in the window and couldn’t get over the heel! I have never seen anything like it, so I pulled my husband into the shop with me and had to try on a pair. They looked just as cute on as they did in the window! But, we were in a rush, so I put them on hold and continued on with our day. Little did I know that my husband later returned…so today I’m wearing my new birthday boots as a DAY style. I decided to pair them with a more casual ensemble – distressed denim and an over-sized sweater for today’s Designer Spotlight. Staccato, a European designer, has its own little shop right here in Hong Kong. It was difficult finding more information about their company online and I believe that their shoes are currently only sold in Asia. However, I look forward to seeing if Staccato grows as a company and expands its fun, edgy heels over into the U.S.
Remember this picture from last week’s post? This is the shoe box from Staccato. Well, check out the INSIDE of the boot! It’s Cinderella grasping on to her favorite shoe…so cute!
Have a great Wednesday!
