Spotted-Cuffed Jeans

When I was in middle school, all the kids started rolling their jeans.  Now, this wasn’t just a normal roll and cuff…it was a process!  Sometimes I would even run late to school just perfecting this perfect cuff.  The steps would entail…step 1, take the bottom of the jean and pinch it tightly so it’s super tight to your ankle/bottom of your leg; step 2 – take the excess fabric of the jean that’s folded together and now fold that tight against your leg wrapping over the fabric already tightly fitted against your leg (after all the fabric is tightly fitted to your leg it should mimic a skinny jean or a legging look); step 3 – take this newly fitted fold and begin rolling the bottom of the jean upwards to create a cuff; step 4 – repeat this roll until you have tightly fitted the jean against your leg and the fold will not fall out.  TA-DA!  There you have it, a cuffed jean!  Wow, good thing we now have skinny jeans and don’t have to go through this again, ha!  But now years later, we are somehow back to the cuffing again!  To be honest, I love this look…it’s so cute and comfy!  But most importantly, I don’t need to spend the time hemming my jeans, which is usually the case for me.  Now I can just grab my jeans, roll them up in a cute cuff and I’m ready to go for an afternoon running errands or shopping.
